Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand things don't always work out as planned. If the product is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented at our online store, we will reprint & reship the new product at no additional charge.

  • We require visual confirmation (see below) to verify the claim. We will not process any claims without visual confirmation.
  • Any claims must be submitted within 15 days of receipt of the product.
  • We do not not process returns due to generalized dissatisfaction of Customers without defect.

  • To make a return, email us at robmutch at gmail.com. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.

    Visual Confirmation

    Visual Confirmation is a clear photo demonstrating the product/print flaw & shipping label (in the same photo).

  • We cannot process the request until we receive this information.
  • We do not require the item to be returned, the customer may keep the product for the inconvenience.

  • Please be sure to lay the product on a flat surface in a well-lit area, including the tag and/or product/print flaw clearly displayed. The original shipping label must be placed on top of or next to the issue you are reporting so we can document and process your request. Please also send the Order Number associated with the order(s) in question.

    Below is an example of a "Wrong Size" garment email, the customer ordered a Size Medium, but received Size Small. In this example, there are 3 required elements provided in the visual confirmation image:

  • Design clearly seen
  • Shirt tag size clearly seen
  • Shipping label clearly seen

  • Our goal is to provide our customers with an amazing experience, starting with the checkout process, all the way through delivery. We will take full responsibility for misprinted or damaged items. We take each report very seriously so that we can eliminate errors in future printing.
