Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship domestically in the United States. We are hoping to expand to international shipping soon.

Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Once the order is placed, we will process & charge your verified payment source for production & shipping costs within 24 hrs. We'll usually ship orders within 7-10 days, but we must list realistic times in the event of a high-volume or holiday season. orders will ship out in 7-15 business days from the date the order has reached the fulfillment queue.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Shipping costs are free! For the moment, we only ship domestically within the United States.

Delivery Terms

Change Of Delivery Address -- For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been printed.

P.O. Box Shipping -- We will ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Delivery Time Exceeded -- If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us.

Cancellations -- If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Sales Tax -- Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Parcels Damaged In Transit -- You can call or send us an email with your order details and we’ll issue a full refund at that time. Please refer to our return policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

Process for parcel lost in-transit -- We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
